TACO DAY 1485

Pork Belly Tacos

I had a craving for some of the wicked porkbelly tacos like the ones they serve at @destinationsmokehouse so I fired up the smoker and got to smoking!!

After a few hours my pork belly was ooey gooey and dripping in bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey and butter I piled them into a couple @eurekatortillas pickled carrot and Jalapeno flour tortillas with a homemade smoked jalapeno sauce and pickled red onions.

Not yet as good as Destination in Hemet but sooooooo freaking delicious still.

Fat Carne Asada Tacos

If you're in to explosives then you should know, this taco is the bomb.

I grilled up some carne asada on my @charbroilgrills and placed the meat into a couple Oaxaca cheese coated @eurekatortillas and piled in pickled onions, and cilantro, and then a drizzle of mexican creama followed by some @yucatanguac and lastly a massive dousing of @perrona.usa @salsalaperrona roasted chiltepin sauce.

This is how you taco!!

TACO DAY 1504

Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Do you like delicious taco? ME TOO! And these Buffalo Chicken Tacos were tasty.

Over a @eurekatortillas pickled jalapeno & carrot flour tortilla I place a scoop of cabbage slaw followed by a @franksredhot coated Chicken strip and then a drizzle of homemade ranch.

So good and so very simple to make.
