Waco IM 70.3‼️

I’m not sure where to even begin. 6 months ago if you had told me where I’d be right now, i wouldn’t have believed it. This sport has changed me to my core and I’m beyond grateful for @euro.cade for introducing me to this and being an amazing coach and inspiration. I’m so thankful for @kayla_.scott holding it down at home with the early mornings and late night training sessions and being my biggest fan.

Only halfway there, and beyond excited to get out there and get back to work.

Feel very blessed to have this opportunity, an able body, and a heightened sense of resilience. The discipline needed for a 70.3 is working its way into all other facets of my life.

Absolutely blessed for the people around me and the support. Did everything I worked for.

Great Saturday morning long run. Dipped out toes in the water for the first few miles before we decided to play in the kiddie pool. Best believe we were swimming in the DeepEnd by the end of this run.
