May Recap 🌿 | half term, heart work & little pockets of me-time
May was full — mum life, wife life, half term chaos and cuddles. But in between it all, I carved out small moments just for me. Choosing myself, gently, for my wellbeing — because I can’t pour from an empty cup. 💛 Even with the tension of baking for the kids, cooking, cleaning, all the things… I stayed close to my wellness journey. Nourishing myself too — with care, presence, and intention.
