DTLSND011 V.A. Vago Spazio del Ritmo Vol. 2 compiled by Luce Clandestina 𝘝𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦

Following the first volume released on @detailssound in 2023, Vago Spazio del Ritmo Vol. 2 expands its investigation into the relationship between sound and space, moving focus to the inner sphere through resonance. Weaving through a rich spectrum of ambient textures and IDM-tinged dilated rhythms, this chapter relies on shifting frequencies and indefinite forms to guide the listener through an evolving inner space—holding onto oneself, yet wide open to transformation.

Limited LP 12” Transparent Turquoise Vinyl + Digital Pre-orders are now available on Bandcamp and online stores (Out on Nov 26th)

When @a_bear_sounds invited me to open and close her Abearfest gig @spanners.club I knew it would be great fun, but I wasn’t ready for it to go off like that! A wicked night with brilliant live sets from her, @sjbuckers @bruise_blood and @yb31b31 and just an excellent little venue to lose yourself in, hats off to @nonpayingbuyer and team.

I’ve uploaded recordings of my opening and closing sets on the night to my soundcloud. Link in the usual spot. Hope you enjoy it!

Ps - catch me Djing @newriverstudios on Oct 10th for @chaostheorymusic with @celynofgwent @curates.egg and more!

⚡️⚡️⚡️THE MIX FEATURE EUSEBEIA OWN PRODUCTIONS ONLY⚡️⚡️⚡️

From the south west of England, Eusebeia got into electronic music through the trance, techno, house and electronica his parents played, as well as hearing jungle, drum & bass, trance and techno at events around Bristol.

He got his first decks at 13, started learning to mix and collecting records, and initially began playing at house parties, small gatherings and local events at 16/17 before his first club gig in 2010. Around the same time, he got into production, eventually focusing more on making music rather than pursusing DJing predominantly. In 2016, he started a couple of small labels to release the music being made, and around 2017 began DJing more regularly in Bristol.

Since then, he has played more shows internationally than in the UK, and whilst he continually releases music across different styles, there is a relatively consistent sound through it all. He draws from his own inspirations, experiences, perceptions and isn’t afraid to combine/explore different elements of music which results in a unique output that is honest, interesting and engaging.

Some footage from a lovely evening at @berlinflorafestival , along with some great music and company.
This deep listening set tells the story of a forest tucked away in the middle of Hyderabad, a forest that survived large-scale deforestation, and the animals, people and communities who fought to protect it.

Last year, while campaigning against the deforestation of this forest which is next door, @sarvaygyasonii sent a deeply moving poem. That poem became part of this piece, woven together with real sounds of the peacocks screaming, bulldozers contrasted with beautiful soundscapes by some of my favourite artists. Don't have a recording, but will make one soon!

The Flora festival provided the prefect setting to tell the story of the forest, its animals, and the people who fought for it and felt its pain. Hope to do more such meaningful sets.

Thanks @octoaeterna
@mayenleon for this lovely evening and the amazing pics!
