Get to know the recruitment team!! With recruitment coming up here’s a little advice from the Xi’s behind the scenes of the recruitment process💟

#uwalphaxidelta #axid

Keep an open mind throughout the entirety of recruitment! It feels like a long process, but embrace everything that happens! You never know who your best friends will end up being, so stay true to yourself and have fun!

-@lillyymaurer

My biggest piece of advice is to trust yourself and trust the process. Don’t worry about saying the perfect thing or being who you think a chapter wants you to be. Remember that you are also choosing a chapter, so focus on where you feel comfortable, supported, and most like yourself. Recruitment can feel overwhelming, but take a breath, listen to your gut, and trust that you’ll end up where you’re meant to be.

-@monicadepaula10

Have fun throughout the process! Getting the opportunity to meet every chapter, build meaningful connections, and connect with so many different people is such a unique experience. Enjoy every moment of it!

-@maddie__mcarthur

Try to be your authentic self! Everything will work out the way it’s supposed to and you will end up where you are meant to be :)

-@eva.meredith12

Have fun and trust the process! Recruitment can be a lot but it is what you make of it. Lean on your RCs and make friends with the girls around you, they might end up being your sisters! Everything will work out how it’s meant to 🩵

-@alexisccaceres

say yes to everything and enjoy every minute because it goes by too quickly and trust the process because everything will work out!

Sisters by chance and by choice👯‍♀️🩵

Hear a little about what joining AXiD means to Eva and Paige!

#uwalphaxidelta #axid

Running home to my big sis at AXiD is something I’ll remember forever!
Eva is such a big inspiration to me and I’ve always looked up to her as my biggest role model. When I first walked into AXiD during recruitment, I instantly felt at home and knew this was the place for me. It not only had my big sister, but a bunch of amazing girls who would very soon become my sisters as well. Seeing how much AXiD meant to Eva made me want to experience that same sense of sisterhood for myself and if I could go back I’d chose AXiD every time!

-Paige, MC ‘25

Watching Paige find her home in AXiD has been one of the most special parts of my college experience. She’s always been my rock, someone I can always rely on, and seeing her grow into herself here has been incredible. Paige brings so much joy and good energy to everyone around her, and I am so grateful we get to share this chapter of life. Being a part of this sisterhood with her is something I’ll cherish forever. I love you so much Paige! 💙💛
