Investing can feel overwhelming but it doesn't have to be. One easy step is to get prequalified to know what a bank would lend you for an investment property if that's the strategy you want to go with. Typically they need the following items: paystubs or p&l, prior year tax statements, list of other assets, and list of other debts. Take one piece of the puzzle off your list. Want help with the rest? Comment INTRO to join the founders cohort opening 10/1 #legacywealth #graymatterwealth #realestateinvestment

Just an appreciation post for @torey_photo . If you ever can have a session with her, do it. I'll just spend some more time reminiscing Greece now

A little blurb about depreciation and the power of real estate. With real estate you get to get an asset that's appreciating in value overtime. The IRS gives you deductions to bring the property value to zero in their eyes and you have tenants that are paying down your debt. For more powerful Insights like this comment INTRO to sign up for the founders launch of the course. With that you also get:
- 4 live calls
- Access to me to telegram for a month

As I sit here reflecting on our final Council retreat in Greece, nine months into this mastermind, the word that keeps coming up for me is gratitude.

Growing alongside these women has been incredible. Watching all of us trust ourselves more, stand in our power, make bigger decisions, use our voices, and become more of who we already are has been one of my favorite parts of this entire experience.

In Greece, I found myself sitting back and really seeing the growth in each woman, and in myself too.

There is something so beautiful about watching women come home to themselves.

And @barbaraschreihans you have led every bit of it by example.

You are such a light, with this beautiful quiet power about you. You make people feel seen and supported. You challenge us when we need it. You connect dots we may not see yet. You bring the right people together, open doors, create opportunities, and celebrate people so genuinely.

And somehow, through all of that, you give people more room to trust themselves.

That is such a rare, beautiful gift.

I hope you know your impact will live far beyond these nine months. In the way we lead, the way we make decisions, the way we show up for other women, and in the friendships and opportunities that came from this room.

I’m so grateful for you and every woman here, for what we’ve shared, how much we’ve grown, and the relationships I know will last long after this mastermind ends.

Greece was the most beautiful way to close the in person part of this chapter.

Barb, thank you for giving us a room that changed us. I know I’m leaving it more myself than when I walked in. ILYSM!

And Yamas all the Mamas 😉🤍💋
