Friday Night Lights and she got her Senior Banner! I got to see the start of the game, but had to leave when the lightening delayed the game. Wish I could have been there for the banner presentation, but after that vacay, I had to get to work! Thankfully good friends stepped in and sent me all the pictures!!

I thought I would have one more year before I made this post. I truly don’t even know where to begin.

It’s crazy to think that I was only a part of Venom for a year, but you guys made it feel like I had grown up with you. I was so quickly able to call this place home. Everyone welcomed me with open arms and immediately made me a part of their family. I will eternally be grateful for everything I learned from this gym and these coaches. I was truly shaped into a better, wiser person able to overcome obstacles in a new way. I’ve accomplished and grown so much in my short time with this gym.

Although it’s over, this gym has allowed me to create lifelong bonds and relationships with amazing people that I will hold onto forever. It’s crazy to think that I will never cheer with all of my best friends again, but I can’t wait to see what’s in store for everyone. Now I get to live with the regret of not being a part of this family sooner.

I love this gym, these girls, and these coaches so much.

To my coaches,

Thank you for taking a chance on me. You guys saw potential in me and welcomed me onto multiple teams, introducing me to my best friends. All of you were, and I know will continue to be, there for me through the best days and worst. You gave me an unforgettable season and helped me grow a love for a sport I was new to. Thank you for believing in me, trusting me, and pushing me past my limits. Thank you for all the opportunities and support you have given me. I love you.

To my girls,

I love you so much, and thank you for making my season so memorable. You made a difficult transition worth it. Thank you for giving me an unbelievable amount of support and kindness throughout my first season. Some of my funniest and best memories were created with you guys in that gym, and I can’t believe it’s over. You’ve seen me at my highest highs and lowest lows, yet still stuck it out with me, which means so much. Whether I was stressed because I couldn’t hit a skill, had to learn a whole new routine in one week, or was just tired, you were always able to make me laugh. I love you guys.

Thank you for everything, Venom. 💚🖤
