Tuscany was about stillness. Slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again.

Watch what that did for the people in that room.
Arabian Nights Retreat is a different frequency entirely.

Not stillness, euphoria. Not slowing down, activating your euphoric code and stepping fully into super flow.

A space with conscious founders, CEOs and investors. At a luxurious resort 50 minutes outside of Dubai.

13th to 15th November.
By invitation, application or introduction only.

If what you just watched moved you, imagine what’s waiting in the room built for this next level.

Apply via the link in my bio.

When love is running on autopilot.
When you feel unseen and unmatched.
When the relationship is good - but not electric.
There is a leak.

Not metaphorically.
Energetically.

The vibration you have worked so hard to build.
The frequency of the woman who quantum leaps.
Slowly seeping out through the gap between the love you have… and the love your soul knows is possible.

You feel it.
Even if you haven’t named it until now.

I work at the soul level. Psychically. Intuitively.
And I can see it clearly in the women I work with.
That leak doesn’t just affect the relationship.

It affects the business.
The creativity.
The expansion.

Love is not separate from your success.
It is the frequency that feeds it.

When you are truly activated in love - truly met, truly chosen…

You don’t just feel better at home.
You quantum leap everything.

Comment CHOSEN and I’ll share how you can activate this identity!

What we witnessed here on the sacred lands , Aberlemno Scotland was so much more than women walking across hot coals.

We witnessed -

🔥Courage
🔥Trust
🔥Breakthrough
🔥Self Belief
🔥Transformation.

In awe of every woman who stepped forward.

Honouring your bravery and celebrating the version of you that emerged from the other side.

Because the fire isn’t where your story ends—it’s where your next chapter begins.

May the strength you found in the fire remind you that there is nothing beyond your reach
Can’t wait to see where this takes you. 🔥✨

Every relationship is an energetic agreement.

An agreement that was available at the level of consciousness you were living from.

When you believed you had to over-give to be loved…
You attracted relationships that received more than they gave.

When you believed your value came from being the one who held everyone else…
You attracted people who were happy to let you carry the weight.

Not because they were wrong.

Because your energy made that agreement available.

But consciousness changes everything.

As you heal…
As you expand…
As you remember your worth…

Your energetic standards change.

You stop negotiating for validation.
You stop chasing reciprocity.
You stop trying to convince people to meet you where they’ve never chosen to stand.

Some relationships deepen.

Others quietly dissolve.

Not through conflict.
Not through blame.

Simply because your frequency no longer matches the agreement that once kept you together.

This is the beauty of raising your consciousness.

You don’t need to force people out of your life.

You become unavailable for anything that no longer reflects who you’ve become.

One thing I’ve noticed after supporting hundreds of female founders…

Behind almost every woman who’s come to me to quantum leap her business or personal growth… there’s been a quiet desire to upgrade her relationship too.

She doesn’t need fixing.

She’s already successful.

She’s already creating wealth.

She’s already leading a team.

But deep down, she’s craving a relationship that feels as expansive as the rest of her life.

She wants a man who can meet her.

Who leads with certainty.

Who creates safety.

Who elevates her as much as she elevates everyone else.

The challenge?

As the woman who’s used to holding everything together, it’s easy to become the leader everywhere… including at home.

Not because you want to.

Because somewhere along the way, control became your safest place.

And that slowly starts to create frustration, resentment and disconnection.

I’ve watched this shift time and time again.

Not because the man changed.

Because the woman learnt how to receive.

That’s what becoming the Chosen Woman is all about.

It’s an identity shift.

One that changes the way you experience love, intimacy, pleasure, leadership… and every other area of your life.

This is exactly what we’re diving into in Q3 of the Self-Sourced Mastermind.

And for the first time, you’ll also be able to join the Chosen Woman 10-week experience as a standalone journey.

We begin on 22nd July.

If your heart is saying, this is the work I’ve been looking for, DM me CHOSEN and I’ll send you the details.

Behind almost every founder I’ve supported, there’s been a desire to UPGRADE IN LOVE!

Even when she’s come to me to quantum leap in business and leadership, when we get into it she also wants…

A man who can match her energy.
Someone who elevates HER right back.
A relationship that leaps in levels of adventure, connection and intimacy.

As the woman who holds and leads everyone else, it’s rare to find a man who can hold and lead her…

So she ends up taking charge and being the boss at home too… creating cycles of FRUSTRATION!

I’ve helped countless high achieving women shift from this into the relationship that sets their soul on fire… which is the same energetics to 10X purpose, passion and magnetism in business.

It’s about activating your Chosen Woman Identity!

I’m supporting a group of high conscious women to unlock their Chosen Woman, over a 10 week programme.

We start 22nd July - DM me for the details!

For years, I was the contradiction.

I loved Ravi’s Alpha male leadership and protector energy.

He’s always been decisive. He loves making things happen. And is always two steps ahead with our family security.

I always loved that about him.

But at the exact same time…

I was resisting it.

I’d ask him what he thought, then question his answer.

I’d ask him to take over, then tell him how I thought it should be done.

I’d say, “You decide,” but I’d still need to know every detail.

Can you see the contradiction?

I was asking for something I didn’t actually know how to receive.

It wasn’t that Ravi wasn’t leading.

It was not an energetic match to receive what I desired…. Because unconsciously it didn’t feel safe.

This week, after everything that’s gone into moving our family back to Dubai, he surprised me by booking our favourite hotel suite for the week.

A few years ago, I’d have wanted to know where we were staying, what the plan was, whether we’d made the right decision…

This time, I just got in the car.

I walked through the door and felt this huge exhale.

Not because of the hotel.

Because I realised I no longer needed to carry everything.

And that’s when it hit me…

The quantum leap in our relationship didn’t happen because Ravi changed.

It happened because I finally learnt how to receive what he’d been offering all along.

Since then, everything has changed.

There’s more peace.
More intimacy.
More satisfaction.

And what’s blown me away is that the more I’ve softened in my relationship, the more my business has expanded too.

There is no separation.

The woman you become in love is the same woman who leads in business.

This is the embodiment of the Chosen Woman.

It’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in Q3 inside the Self-Sourced Mastermind-how to change your energetic signature to receive more love, more pleasure, more support, more wealth and more of the life you’ve been asking for.

And if the full mastermind isn’t your next step, you’ll also have the option to join the Chosen Woman 10-week segment as a standalone experience.

If something in this landed in your body, DM me CHOSEN and I’ll share the details!

The clients I attract are badass influential women!

They’ve built the business that others admire.
They’re got the life that was once on their vision board.

They’ve got more awareness in their pinkie than most people will have in their entire lives… They’re not looking for someone to tell them that they need to heal more (yawn yawn yawn….).

But they can see the pattern playing out, the upper limit they’re hitting on repeat… whether it’s in their existing relationship or the men they attract.

They grow and the men don’t. Feeling misunderstood. Feeling unseen. Craving more depth, intimacy and adventure.

But - even through they SEE IT - they’ve not been able to ‘GET TO IT’… or, more importantly, CHANGE IT!

This is where the soul work comes in..

In my experience of helping countless women quantum leap in love, it’s a soul agreement that’s playing out through the relationship.

When I do my ‘soul surgery’ process, it completes the agreement and the relationship can naturally calibrate to the next level.

No drama, no long drawn out talks… and definitely no more healing.

It’s the shift into deeper connection, intimacy, fun and adventure. To grow and leap together, consistently and on repeat.

This is the work that creates the biggest shifts for my clients.

Not because we fix the relationship.

Because we complete what the soul came here to experience.

Comment SOUL if this speaks to you.
