Very proud of this girl right here, Evalise.

When Evalise first started with me, she struggled and came very close to giving up. There were many moments where I had to push her to see what I already saw in her. Eventually, she decided to believe in herself, lock in, and commit to the process.

The growth she has made in just the last three months has been incredible. She joined our Zoom program, started completing her recordings consistently, and this week I honestly could not believe my eyes. She was more polished, stronger, and more confident than ever. She has been doing recordings daily and attending her regular shared sessions, proving that consistency always wins.

Here she is demonstrating one of our favorite arabesque development exercises using the Red Straddle Band.

• Improves arabesque flexibility
• Develops active flexibility and control
• Strengthens supporting muscles
• Enhances alignment and stability
• Builds the strength needed to hold extensions

So proud of your progress, Evalise. This is what happens when talent meets consistency.
