Truly, this post is coming far too late. This past seminar has been living in my head rent free since I left. To be frank, putting this entire seminar into words has been so difficult. I’m blown away every year by how wonderful HOBY is, how amazing the program is, how truly awesome the people are, how by some red thread of fate I got lucky enough to be apart of it all. To everyone in B1, I can’t begin to tell you how truly amazing each and every one of you are. There’s no doubt in my mind that every single one of your dreams, passions, and endeavors will come to fruition. You all are some of the greatest leaders I’ve met. You will always have someone cheering you on. I am eternally grateful for this program. Thank you to everyone at HOBY, for all that you do, and for truly healing parts of my soul. Thanks to HOBY, I live for these kairos moments. That said, tomorrow starts a brand new chapter in my life. I officially enrolled back in school, and my classes begin tomorrow. This decision was made based on the all of the people I’ve met through HOBY, each and every one of you have inspired me to pursue this direction, to being a better version of myself. This begins what feels like will be a long journey, but a journey I finally know I’m meant to pursue. Here’s to the first day of the rest of my life.

- There’s no such thing as a painless lesson, they just don’t exist. Sacrifices are necessary… Although if you can endure that pain and walk away from it. You’ll find that you now have a heart strong enough to overcome any obstacle. A heart made Full Metal - Edward Elric

Happy (Belated) Best Friend’s Day! (only a week and a day late lol) If you asked me when I was in 5th grade who my best friends were, I’d say I had none. But ask me now, @anthonyc1115, @tommyboyxc, @bcoly_1, @evan.parhad, @devonhollowaynew, and @itsjosh24_ have made me realize what a best friend truly is. They have been with me through thick and thin as I have been with them. Thank you boys, I love you all. Since I can’t draw humans, I drew us as Pokémon, I’d say it works. Anthony I will start your request soon.
