Central had a stellar performance at the Shepherd BLUEJAY Invite, even with strong performances from other teams. 6 out of 7 Varsity guys ran under 17:00, and our JV team took home four medals. In total, we had 10 PRs, and a lot of depth in both races. Varsity runners take on Portage Saturday, and JV runs at Mancelona on Wednesday. • #trojanpride @tccathletics @tcchs_trojans @mixcspeedratings

TC Central fought hard at Ottawa Hills, taking home 2nd in both the Varsity and Junior Varsity races! Lots of depth and strength was evident, with a total of 16 personal records and 10 medalists. We’re ready to take on both Jackson and Cadillac next week. • #trojanpride @tcchs_trojans @tccathletics @mixcspeedratings

What a great way to end the season! Central hosted its first Mile Night event, with athletes across the region competing unattached in the 1600m. Even in the heat, numerous runners from Central put out great performances, including multiple PRs. Our training isn’t done however: summer training is just starting for next year’s Cross Country season. • @tcchs_trojans @tccathletics @mixcspeedratings #trojanpride
