POV: I turned my love for basketball and performance into my everyday job 🏀

A quick look into my day as a physio and performance coach.

Assessments, injury rehab, strength work, athlete testing, programming and plenty happening behind the scenes as I continue building @u.prime_ .

I definitely work with a lot of hoopers, but I don’t only work with basketball players. I also help field and court athletes, runners, gym-goers and everyday people who simply want to move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what they enjoy.

Every person has a different goal, which is one of the things I enjoy most about the job. It’s never just about reducing pain. It’s about building confidence, improving capacity and helping people return to life or sport at a higher level 📈

Dealing with an injury? Comment “REHAB.”

Interested in athlete performance testing? Comment “TEST” and I’ll help you out.

✅ Follow for more sports physiotherapy, rehab, performance and a look behind the scenes of my journey 🙌🏾
