Tickets are now available for Evangel’s comedy, “The Curious Savage”! Seats sell-out quickly, so don’t wait to get your tickets! Nov. 5-8 (Ticket link in bio)

About The Curious Savage: “When Ethel Savage’s late husband leaves her a small fortune, she decides to make the best of it, establishing a fund to support various dreamers with whimsical aspirations. Her greedy step-children decide to admit her to a sanitarium to ‘bring her to her senses’. The Curious Savage celebrates those who are often overlooked, emphasizing kindness, affection and empathy in a world that too often rewards greed and ambition.”

Last weekend, we got to see beautiful performances of ‘These Shining Lives’ and ‘The Notion of Romance’ on the Evangel stage. We are so proud of the talented casts, crews, and directors behind these plays. Directors Colten Wilson and Miriella Dilse brought these stories to life with creativity, passion, and heart.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—you packed the house and were such a wonderful audience! And a special thanks to Chuck Neely for capturing these beautiful photos!

We had a wonderful time at the Missouri Thespian Conference—meeting so many talented theatre students, participating in college auditions and interviews, and catching the national tour of The Outsiders in St. Louis!

Even a torrential downpour couldn’t dampen the fun. A huge thank you to our four theatre students who represented Evangel so beautifully, and to Ben Paris and the admissions team for making this experience possible. We loved sharing Evangel Theatre with so may students from across the state!
