WHAT. A. MORNING! 🔥💚

50 runners. Our biggest Run Club turnout EVER!

But what stands out most isn't the number. It's the standard this community continues to set.

Every week, we see people pushing themselves, lifting those around them and creating an environment where everyone wants to get better. The energy is contagious, the commitment is growing and together we're raising the standard of running in Rockhampton.

This is what happens when the right people keep showing up for themselves and each other.

See you Friday for Track Squad and next Tuesday for Run Club. Bring a mate and be part of it!

Built on Progress. Powered by People.

But most of all, how good is running!!!

This is why we get up early. 💚

Different paces. Different goals. A crew that backs each other.

Thanks to everyone who joined us this morning, put in the work and encouraged the people beside them.

That’s Tuesday with Run Theory: a free, coached session with a purpose, scaled to your pace, and good people to share it with.

Join us next Tuesday at 5:30am. Come on your own or bring a mate. All paces welcome.

This morning was a good reminder of what Run Theory is about.

More than 40 people showed up early, put in quality work and pushed each other through the session. The effort was huge, but what stood out most was how much people were helping lift the standard around them.

After a big parkrun takeover on Saturday, it was great to carry that same community energy into Tuesday morning.

Good people, good running, and a group that keeps getting better together.

Rocky showed up. 💚

This morning was everything we love about running. People turning up, helping out, pacing, volunteering, supporting each other and just enjoying being part of the running community.

A massive thank you to Rockhampton parkrun for letting Run Theory take over for the morning, and to everyone who donated their time to make it happen.

Past, present and future volunteers included. These events only work because people give back.

How good is running.

We love running 🙌

How good is running!! Nothing beats doing it with a big group, learning together, pushing each other and seeing people improve.

Huge thanks to Emma (from Adapt Physiology) for joining us this morning and helping the crew better understand how to move more efficiently. Small changes, better movement, free speed.

Big vibes, quality running, and our biggest Track Squad yet.

So many new faces this morning, alongside the people who keep showing up week after week and continuing to lift the standard.

Quality people. Quality running. A community getting better together.

Big thanks to @asn_rocky for joining us and bringing along some samples for the crew.

Still inspired by the weekend, one of our biggest Run Club crews yet got to work this morning.

A community putting in the work, pushing each other forward and becoming better runners together.

Whatever your pace, there’s a place for you here.

This is what running is all about.

Biggest track crew yet. ⚡

This morning was all about pacing discipline and aerobic power.

Controlled early. Strong through the middle. Still moving well late.

That’s the standard we want from squad: purposeful sessions, clear intent and a group that keeps lifting each other.

BUILT ON PROGRESS.

Humid morning. Threshold work. Plenty of purpose behind every rep.

Different paces, same intent. A group of runners showing up, doing the work and bringing each other with them.

Week by week, we keep raising the standard through good coaching, consistent training and a seriously good community.

How good is running.

Rockhampton, you turned it on this morning. 🌅

Spring has sprung, and what a way to welcome it.

Different paces. Different starting points. Same goal: becoming better runners and helping each other get there.

Five weeks into Ghost Season, this community keeps getting stronger.
