Celebrate this Holi with vibrant colours and Protein wali Thandai
------
Ingredients:

XLR8 More Than Milk (chilled)

1 tbsp almonds (badam) (soaked & peeled)

1 tbsp cashews (kaju)

1 tsp poppy seeds (khus khus)

1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

4–5 black peppercorns (kali mirch)

3–4 cardamom pods (elaichi)

Few strands of saffron (kesar)

1–2 tsp honey (as per taste)

Rose petals (for garnish)

Ice cubes

Method:
Grind soaked & peeled almonds, cardamom pods, cashews, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, and a little XLR8 More than Milk to make a fine paste.
Add the fine paste in glass and pour chilled XLR8 More than Milk.
Add honey as per taste.
Add ice cubes and stir well.
Garnish with a few strands of saffron and rose petals.
