This drawing is a recreation of an old family photo with me, my siblings, and my dad, as a Christmas present for him.
Couldn't decide if i wanted to post this on here or not, may delete it, but for now it stays.

i can't even begin to explain how much you mean to me. i know we both found each other during really tough places in life, and it makes me wonder whether this concept called "fate" is real. i've grown so much in the time we've spent together. you taught me not only how to love someone else, but how to love myself. at such a young age, I don't know how else I would've managed to pull myself out of this pit of depression and self-hatred. if it weren't for you, I don't even know if I'd even have the strength to continue living. you gave me something to live for. you gave me hope, a will to get up in the morning, and the comfort to fall asleep at night. you made me realize there's good things in every bad thing, and that even though i'm extremely flawed and imperfect, that there's something in me that's worth loving. even if i lost everything else, as long as i still have you by my side, that's my reason to keep going, keep working, keep trying. thank you for supporting me all this time and helping me be a better person. happy anniversary @evasaturn01 :)
