WECA, Waitakere, East, Central Auckland Volleyball Association are looking for passionate, dedicated coaches to fill various roles within our annual Volleyball NZ U15 Inter-Provincial Championship (IPC) campaign, taking place in December 2026 in Auckland.

For this campaign, we are seeking expressions of interest for the following coaching tiers:
Lead Coach:
Responsible for overseeing the high-level strategy and supervising all coaching activities across both the girls' and boys' teams to ensure alignment and quality development. This position will not be coaching an individual team.

Premier Coaches:
Responsible for leading the top-tier representative teams, driving competitive performance, and managing match-day coaching.

Local Coaches:
Responsible for supporting local development teams, assisting with team dynamics, and coaching local-level development squads.

Commitment Requirements: If successful, you must be available for the full duration of the IPC campaign (approximately from the beginning of November through mid-December), including player selections, scheduled training sessions in the lead-up, and the entirety of the tournament in December.

We are looking to take both male and female teams in the U15 age group grade.
