Sunday night reminder:
don’t let another week go by without doing something for YOU.
A little movement, good music & an hour to switch off can make such a difference.

Our Contemporary girls doing what they do best-connecting, expressing + getting lost in the movement.

Ready to make time for yourself this week?
Book your spot in class - we’d love to have you & your body, mind & soul will thank you for it!

From the moment Eve joined our community, we’ve loved watching her grow in confidence and truly shine. ✨

Seeing dancers find their place, back themselves and bring their own unique artistry to the floor is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do at DFF.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a class but keep holding yourself back, this is your reminder that everyone starts somewhere.
You might just surprise yourself with what you’re capable of & meet some pretty cool people along the way!

Join us next week, we’ve got you 🤍

2025.. What a year to remember !
A year filled with love, passion, gratitude, family, friends, dance. I am so grateful to live every moment of it. From gaining new friends to doing new competitions it has been a roller coaster of a year.

I could not have done it with out my beautiful dance teacher @petitestarstizzy who is always there to help me out when I am in need. If it is in dance or in my own life. I am so grateful and blessed to have someone so passionate about dance and her students as a teacher to guide me through my dance life.

This year I performed in our junior concert ‘Over the Rainbow’ as the lion from Wizard of Oz. It was truely an experience to remember. While also performing in our version of the ballet Paquita + dancing in our second half entitled ‘Evolution’. Definitely one of our best concerts so far and I am beyond grateful to have been able to take part in these concerts.

And lastly, I am incredibly proud of our wonderful teachers @petitestarstizzy @emma_lonergan11 @cassidyclark.e @debra.poole.927 @hickrobyn and I’d like to do my gratitude for them by thanking them for everything they have done for their students by making our dances, preparing our concerts, organising guest teachers/huge opportunities, getting us ready for exams, having the passion to makes us not only better dancers but also people and most importantly, supporting us no matter what we go through, achieve and accomplish.

This year I also had the amazing opportunity to support @danse_boutique by being chosen to be one of their danse artists. Truly was an amazing experience and is something i’ll never forget. Thank you @danse_boutique for all your love towards the dancers of newcastle and all around ! 🤍🩷

I cannot wait for 2026 and to see what it brings !
