Week 1 of @yourshot_usa in the books!

A lil bit of learning, a whole lot of fun, and already feeling nostalgic for moments that happened only a few days ago.

Turns out the best part of trying something new is being a beginner again.

Thank you to @sonyelectronics and @alphathetausa as well for the opportunity! #sonyult always keeping us clutch.

Tomorrow marks my 60th show with Radio Metro 🥹

I put it to a vote and we ended up with a perfect 50/50 tie between techno and UKG.

Now, anyone who knows me would probably assume techno was the obvious choice… but I decided to make my 60th show a little more interesting and challenge myself with a genre I love, but almost never actually play.

So UKG it is 🫡

And because I couldn’t do a UKG set without thinking of my DJ Mum @evedj, this one is also a little tribute to the absolute queen of UKG 👑

Here are 3 tracks you’ll hear this week from these artists, go show them some love too!
@sc.ruz
@cutbackmusic
@ziggy_ostas

Hopefully you enjoy hearing me step a little outside my usual sound as much as I enjoyed putting it together 💖

Download the Radio Metro app to tune in!
