RACE RECAP!!!!
This past weekend both karts participated in the Purdue Grand Prix Halloween 100 Race! Leading up to the race, the teams participated in four practice days where their fastest times were used to qualify them for the main feature this past Saturday. Kart 43 qualified with a 26.585 to start the main feature in the 21st position. Kart 44 qualified with a 26.74 to start pole in the first sprint race of the day. Kart 44 then proceeded to win the sprint and slot in to start the main feature in the 27th position. During the main race, kart 43 was hit by another driver, which resulted in a bent rear axle and finished in the 23rd position. Kart 44 finished the race and was able to make it up to the 6th position by the end of the day. As a team we are insanely proud of all our girls to have qualified for the main feature, out of the 40 registered karts. We are excited to transition to preparing for the spring race, so stay tuned to see what the team gets up to in the coming months!!

That’s a wrap on the Spring 2026 season! Kart 44 finished P3 and kart 43 finished P12 in sprint race two. The race was one of the most physical the team has seen and we could not be more proud of the team’s growth and success this season!!! All smiles from this side, see you next semester 🏎️🏎️!!

That’s a wrap on practice and qualifying!!! Race day is THIS SATURDAY, weather permitting. Kart 44 and kart 43 will both be starting in Sprint Race 2. Kart 44 will be P4 and kart 43 will be P11 after qualifying with a 26.174 and a 27.504!!! The teams both put down their best lap times in quals and are ready to race! 🏎️🏎️
