A little glimpse of a full baby shower set up. Mommy to be made a cute diaper pong I just had to include 🫶🏽 Un poquito de todos los detalles de un montages fiesta completo. La Mami hizo ese juego de pong con pañales que me encanto asi que lo tuve que poner.

🎥 Behind the scenes of this Cielito Lindo-inspired baptism … and a reminder that sometimes the best event setups aren’t about working harder — they’re about working smarter. 🙌🏽 👏🏽

✝️ This beautiful baptism featured custom balloon décor, elegant arched backdrops, personalized details, and timeless Cielito Lindo-inspired touches that came together to create a meaningful space for one very special day. 🤍

But what you don’t always see behind the final reveal is the planning, communication, and teamwork that happens before the celebration even begins. 👀 🔍

Since we finished our drop-offs earlier than expected, we decided to head over to our next setup while @partynation_rentals was still installing the tent and draping. Instead of waiting, we built our balloon backdrop and garlands outside first, then carefully moved everything underneath once the draping was complete. A simple adjustment that saved time and kept the installation moving efficiently. 🤔 💡

This setup was also a reminder of why we love collaborating with other event professionals. 🎉🥳

🥂 Thank you to @partynation_rentals for trusting us with your client’s balloon décor and backdrop installation, and to @balloonswithash for creating and installing the custom vinyl that brought the entire design to life. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. 🫶🏽✨
