When Pablo and Mikee first told us about this venue during our initial interview, there was a certain kind of feeling we couldn’t quite put into words. The kind that stays with you long after the conversation ends. A quiet dream we held on to, hoping that one day, we would find ourselves telling a love story in a place just like this.

And then, there we were.

In the heart of the woods, surrounded by towering trees, the gentle presence of nature, and a romance that felt almost otherworldly. This was everything we had imagined and more. Intimate, enchanting, and effortlessly beautiful, with every guest bringing their own warmth and life to a celebration that felt deeply personal.

Some weddings remind you why you fell in love with what you do. Others make you pause and feel grateful that the universe has allowed your paths to cross with people and places you once only dreamed of.

This was one of them.

To witness a love like Pablo and Mikee’s, unfolding in a place that felt as though it was meant for them, was a privilege we will always carry with us. There is something extraordinary about being being into a moment so intimate, where love feels bigger than the celebration itself, and the universe seems to have quietly arranged everything to bring two people exactly where they belong.

Pablo and Mikee, thank you for allowing us to witness your kind of magic.

Some dreams are worth holding on to. And some kinds of feeling stay with you long after the last frame is taken.

Pablo & Mikhael, what a beautiful thing it was to witness and capture your love.

From the little moments you shared with each other to the people who surrounded you, your wedding felt so full of warmth, joy, and so much love. It was the kind of day that made us grateful to be behind the camera.

Our first wedding in the USA, and somehow, we got to experience it with the two of you. What a gift that was.

Thank you, @pabloalasmilano & @themikeemilano , for letting us be part of your story. May you always remember this day for the love that filled it, and the people who made it even more special.

Getting married surrounded by redwoods is a certain type of magical I can never tire of! @sequoiaretreatcenter was absolutely captivating for Kellie and Peter’s wedding earlier this summer. Thank you to my partner @robcsapo for testing the waters as a second shooter! The last photo is his. And @eventswith_jules @dorightflowerfarm for the coordination and extra beauty!

a moment in the middle, in the midst, but not too much in the middle, a spot where you can see the end but it isn’t happening yet, 7/10ths or so, the first few weeks of october, the part where you look up and say “oh my isn’t this going by quick” before you drift off into time

We had an absolute blast celebrating Vanessa and Robin’s speakeasy wedding at the Brookdale Lodge. It was an unforgettable night filled with romance, non-stop dancing, and incredible energy. We had the distinct honor and pleasure of capturing so many lovely guests, one cinematic frame at a time, with our Noir Portrait Booth.

🥂Thank you to the newlyweds for having us, and to everyone who stepped in front of the lens. You all truly looked like stars.

DJ + LIVE SAX 🎷🔥

This is why DJ + live sax fusion hits different at a wedding. Devyn & Patty’s celebration at Sequoia Lodge in the Santa Cruz Mountains was absolutely electric. The dance floor stayed packed all night, and moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.

Matt Gafney on sax, playing live over my DJ set and taking the energy to another level. There’s something about a live saxophone cutting through the music when the dance floor is already going OFF. 🔥

Always a pleasure working with Jules on the planning side, and a huge thank you to Devyn & Patty for trusting us with such an epic night.

If you’re planning a wedding and want more than just a DJ, DJ + live sax is a serious vibe. 🎷

We are firm believers in making sure the back of the arch is suitable to be photographed! It doesn’t have to be perfect, but can you imagine missing out on such a gorgeous shot because you forgot to cover your rear? 🤭

One of my favorite things about capturing wedding BTS is getting the moments that don’t feel like “content” at all.

Running through the trees. Laughing until you can’t breathe. Your dress moving in the wind. Your friends hyping you up in the background. The tiny, chaotic, completely unscripted pieces of the day.

Because when the wedding is over, those little moments become the memories you’re most grateful to have in motion.
