I didn’t do all this work just to stay silent about it! 😝✨ 6.5 weeks post-op from my tummy tuck and breast lift, and this is my FIRST real reveal since surgery! I’m still swollen (and will be for a while), but I couldn’t wait any longer to show the progress, the shape, and how far I’ve come. Healing is definitely not linear. Some days I feel snatched, and other days I’m wondering where my waist went. 😂 But through it all, I’m learning to trust the process, give myself grace, and appreciate every stage of this journey. My current favorites? My faja/waist trainer, lymphatic tea, lymphatic support drops 💧, and oil of oregano pills 🌿. This whole experience has reminded me of something important: we invest in ourselves, we protect what we work hard for, and we prepare for the future.
