Extra saucy & creamy pasta with @evergoodsausage 🍽️

1. Thinly slice 3 Evergood hot sausage links. Cook on each side until brown. Remove from the pan.

2. In same pan add 2tbsp butter and minced garlic (I used 3 cloves) Cook for about 1 minute on low heat

3. Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream followed by .5 cups of chicken broth or water (I used pasta water). Season with Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt if needed

4. Add shredded cheese. I used Colby jack and mozzarella because that’s what I had. Any cheese will work. Add as much as you like. Stir occasionally until the cheese is fully melted.

5. Add pasta, sausage, and sprinkle in more shredded cheese (optional).

I topped with red pepper flakes and parsley
