NLM London Session Spotlight ✨
One in Three, Still an Afterthought: Fixing Alcohol-Free in the On-Trade

One in three visits to pubs, bars and restaurants is now alcohol-free. And yet many venues still offer limited choice, hide products behind the bar or leave them off the menu entirely.

Drawing on an audit of 131 venues by Everleaf and KAM, this session reveals the gap between what customers want and what the UK on-trade currently provides. It explores how alcohol-free choice influences where entire groups choose to go - and shares practical ways venues and brands can improve visibility, menu placement, language, pricing and online information to turn that demand into genuine commercial value.

First limited edition @everleafdrinks is out!

Our founder @everleaf_paul has been busy and collaborated with @jdshothoney to make this incredible "hot stuff".

Forest JDs Hot Honey edition has a smoky chipotle spice and honey finish to complement the saffron and vanilla of our very own Everleaf Forest.

Available online for now and soon in some bars and restaurants.

Amazing in a spritz, sour , margarita or a campfire Negroni!

We love taking teams to Kew to show them some of the plants we use in @everleafdrinks (and to just spend a bit of time in nature - so important!).
.
Yesterday it was the turn of some of the London team from @ghfdrinks. Thanks for joining us! 💛🌿
.
We managed to find a fair few of our plants, from the vanilla and orange blossom of Forest, through the wormwood and immortelle of Mountain, to the olive leaf and labdanum of Marine - plus many more interesting things besides.
.
Hope we get a chance to do it again with some of you soon!

🌿 INTRODUCING – Everleaf @everleafdrinks – our Non-Alc Sponsor 💛

Everleaf has been an unwavering supporter of Equal Measures since we first began in 2020. As a company, they are resolutely wonderful, with a strong sense of social and environmental responsible. They also create outstanding products that, in our minds, changed the game in the non-alc cocktail space.

We are delighted and privileged to have them on the bar @nancyscocktails on 1st September, sponsoring our dedicated Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Menu.

Thank you to Big Leaf @everleaf_paul & team for always having our back and being a foundational part of the Equal Measures Community.

🖤🤍❤️‍🔥💛🩷🩵

@everleafdrinks X @lovetrailsfestival

I had SUCH an amazing weekend and it all kicked off on Friday with a lovely and wholesome run with the EverLeaf community!

We did an easy out and back followed by their Marine Apererif with grapefruit soda and it was 🧑‍🍳 💋 the perfect non-alcoholic spritz 🍸

10/10 weekend would go again 👌🏼

A little slice of summer in Hove 🌿☀️

We brought together the brilliant bars bringing Everleaf to Brighton Cocktail Festival for a day of volleyball and Everleaf spritzes with a little friendly competition.

We took to the court at @yellowave Hove, each team representing a different plant-inspired team name. Followed with a visit to @rockwaterhove for an aperitivo overlooking the sea.
Congratulations to Team Rosemary 🌿 the winners of the day and now the proud owners of a few “Be More Plant” hats + a plant each from @patchplants 🪴

Huge thanks to every bar choosing to serve Everleaf at @brightoncocktailfestival this September. We can’t wait to see what you create.

Here’s to more moments outdoors, more plants, and more reasons to gather this summer.
