Some afternoons are made for slowing down and resetting. 🤍 Everleaf’s Realign event was exactly that: hot Pilates, a guided recovery meditation, handmade bath salts, and matcha with some of the most inspiring women. I left feeling motivated and truly realigned. 🙂‍↔️

The real test was the set. Through a full hot Pilates class, I never had to adjust a thing, and there wasn’t a single sweat mark by the end.

Tips for your first hot Pilates class:
✨ Bring a towel and hydrate before you go.
✨ Wear a set that stays put, so you can focus on your form instead of your outfit.

Thank you @everleafactive for having me, and to @drenchedhotstudios for hosting 💚

…because sometimes you just need an afternoon of Pilates, matcha, and connection to get back into alignment.

I had such an incredible afternoon at @drenchedhotstudios in Newport Beach for the @everleafactive wellness experience!

I absolutely love my everleaf outfit! It’s so comfortable, supportive, and flattering.

I definitely felt the burn during the Pilates workout, which was a good reminder for me to be more consistent with my workout routine.

The @thematchamuseco iced matcha was the perfect way to cool down after working out so hard. It was so refreshing and delicious!

Such a wonderful experience all around!
