It’s a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of your love, so give it the celebration it deserves. Celebrate beautifully. Celebrate intentionally. Celebrate accordingly. 💌

Your wedding day is worth investing in. Worth celebrating fully. Worth filling with the details you love, the people who matter most, and the kind of moments you’ll still talk about years from now.

We plan and design for couples who believe their celebration should be as exceptional as the life they are building together; creating an experience that feels extraordinary from beginning to end!

Follow along for a behind-the-scenes look at Aditi + Vinay’s wedding day at @grandhyattdeervalley.

This destination wedding brought together two distinct aesthetics: a bold, autumn-inspired traditional ceremony followed by a modern reception layered in rich merlot tones.

Of course, behind the scenes never tells the whole story. It doesn’t capture the hours of preparation leading up to the wedding day, and somehow, it always misses the middle, when we’re deep in setup, making decisions in real time and making sure every detail is exactly where it needs to be for our couple.

But it does capture something special: the energy of the day. The excitement, the anticipation, the happy chaos, and the people who came together to celebrate two incredible people.

And looking back, it’s easy to see why their loved ones were so excited to be there. Aditi + Vinay are smart, kind, and deeply loved, and their wedding day was every bit as celebration-worthy as they are! 🥂

As always, a huge shout out goes to our vendor team for the day - each and every one made the day look and feel spectacular.

One of the things I love most about Lexie and Tai is the way that they talk about each other.

Hearing about how they met and instantly connected, watching their love story unfold, meeting their sweet kids, and being able to be a part of incorporating their love into their wedding design is why I love what I do as a wedding planner.

We instantly connected and spent months designing, reiterating, finding a FANTASTIC vendor team, and then bringing it all to life. There are so many details behind the scenes that are hard to display and articulate as planners, but being able to showcase the magic through photos and know that they become a keepsake for the couples we work with is worth the whole journey we take to get to the wedding day.

Amanda + Shane’s wedding morning started with a downpour of rain, strong winds, and lightning, but ended looking up looking like this! 💌

The rain plan we had decided on previously, was to move the ceremony indoors, so this back-up space was prepped and ready for the function, but then the lingering storm was showing signs of (almost) letting up.

After their private first look, and with the bride and groom’s blessing, the decision was made to delay the ceremony and start the celebration with their grand entrance into cocktail hour instead. That way, guests weren’t left waiting for the storm to clear and the couple wasn’t losing valuable time on their wedding day.

As the weather continued to shift, the outdoor ceremony space was prepped again, dried, and made ready for their celebration.

And we can’t say it enough: This was the right call!

Deer Valley has some of the most stunning views, and having an experienced team who was ready to pivot in real time helped make sure Amanda + Shane got to experience them.

We are excited to share that Planned By Peter Weddings and Events has been named one of PeerSpaces’s top five party planners in Utah for 2026.

This recognition is especially meaningful because Peerspace’s selections are based on client feedback, portfolio, quality, professional, credentials, and industry standing, and placement cannot be purchased.

For us, beautiful weddings, have always been about more than how it looks. Behind every tablescape, floral installation, ceremony, and guest experience, our countless details, logistics, and decisions that allow the final celebration to feel effortless.

We’re incredibly grateful to every couple who has trusted us with their wedding and allowed us to continue creating thoughtful, elevated celebrations throughout Utah.

Thank-you, @peerspace for the recognition.

If I didn’t have to make sure the timeline was running, I would have followed Tyler + Michaela around all day. They were such a delight to work with 💕

All the vendors involved were beyond amazing and made this dreamy wedding come true ✨

Wedding days like this have so many moving parts, but truly reconfirm why I love being a wedding planner ❤️

Amanda and Shane’s wedding day at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley was the result of months of planning preparation, design mock-ups, and an incredible vendor team bringing every detail to life on the day of the event!

The design vision was bold yet elegant. From the tablescape and color palette to the florals and finishing touches, every element was intentionally selected to create an elevated guest experience. Their wedding day was met with incredible energy and loved ones who came ready to celebrate the night away!
