"If you knew me, you'd know..." 🤍

Postpartum mental health is a hot topic, and thankfully, more of us are finally asking ourselves some of the more important questions. That's exactly why we created the Hotmilk x Everyday Solitude Self Love Edition — 50 conversation prompts designed with a clinical psychologist to help you reflect on body image, identity, connection, and everything in between.

No rules. Pick a card at random, or sit with one question for as long as you need to. Use it alone, with a partner, or with a friend who gets it.

Some of the most important conversations in motherhood are the ones that never get had. This is an invitation to start.

Shop the Self Love Edition — link in bio. 🤍

This is a reflection tool and doesn't replace professional mental health care.
