About a week ago, my team and I set out on a mission to carry out a project at the Kuchigonro IDP camp in FCT Abuja. Titled "Reconciliation, Healing, and Trauma Recovery for Internally Displaced Women and Children in Kuchigoro IDP camp," the theme of this project was "Rebuilding Lives and Communities for Sustainable Peace."

The purpose of this project was to promote and encourage peacebuilding among the victims and survivors who have been left in vulnerable conditions as a result of the crisis they experienced.

The beneficiaries underwent group and art therapy sessions to encourage their healing and recovery process. The session was handled by the @_sunshineseries

We also discussed the importance of forgiveness in order to eliminate any form of grievances that may result in further crises in their immediate community.

I want to say a huge thank you to all my team members, family, and friends who came together to make this project a successful one.

Healthy breakfast picky eater's edition 🤣🤣🤣.
Growing up I disliked breakfast mostly because I like my cup of tea very cold and everyone else preferred a hot cup of tea.
Cold because hot made me nervous and leas to an unproductive morning.
Now that I'm older and can make my decisions, I do brunch.
Breakfast is very important however I just thought to share my preferences.

A lot of times we focus so much on the troubles of life, we depend so much on what we can do and when they don't materialize, we plunge into despair.
.
The words written here look so simple but while this might be true, a conscious effort to make them an everyday routine might be a bit challenging.
When these words however become a life style, magic happens and life becomes a jamboree.

I pray for all reading this, that the words written become real and that our dependence on a creator produces joy in enormous amounts.
