What a beautiful morning of movement, reflection, connection, and community! 🧡💐

Today at our Harvest & Flow: Fall Into Your Next Season event, we came together for so much more than Pilates. We created space to reflect on the seasons of life we’re experiencing and the layers we’re continuing to grow through.

One thing I always say is that working out isn’t the first thing we do in my classes. I love creating safe spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their personal experiences, connecting with others, and knowing they’re not alone in what they’re going through. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do and what keeps me going! 🥹🧡

We began our morning with a moment of reflection centered around two things:

🍂 Our Harvest: What are we celebrating, what have we overcome, and what are we proud of?

🌸 Our Flow: What are we ready to release as we enter our next season?

What I loved most was the vulnerability, the conversations, and seeing how many of us could relate to one another despite having different journeys.

From there, we transitioned into Pilates, followed by a beautiful floral workshop where we learned how to layer, arrange, wrap, and create our own bouquets! 💐 We enjoyed apple cider and donuts from @thegoodcompany shared laughs, learned new things, met new people, and watched new connections form.

A beautiful reminder that we can celebrate how far we’ve come while still learning to release the things that no longer serve us.

This is what Layers by Donice is all about. Creating safe spaces beyond fitness, where we can move, connect, have fun, learn from one another, and embrace every layer of ourselves.

Thank you to every woman who joined us, and a special thank you to @leesunionstation for having Layers by Donice, welcoming us into your beautiful space, and sharing your knowledge and passion for flowers with us! 🧡💐

Just a lil glimpse of Ebony Fit Weekend DC 2026 from Friday Morning all the way through Sunday evening🔥

BABY… your girl is EXHAUSTED. 😂 Three days and probably a good 8 hours of sleep TOTAL is actually insane. This whole weekend felt like one long party, but I wouldn’t trade the memories for anything!

✨ First year vending at Ebony Fit Weekend with Trust Your Intuition
💪🏾 Got my 3 assisted pull-ups in — okay strength! Shoutout to @fffit.dc.202 for the assist
🧘🏾‍♀️ Closed out Sunday with Trap Mobility & Mimosas with @kikiiblack
🔥 Then got it in with Go Get It Boot Camp with @lpfitness & @amor.bam_
📸 Took random bathroom pics with people 😂
🥂Networked, connected, laughed, danced, worked, supported, and enjoyed my girls ALL weekend.

Three days. So many moments. One BIG vibe. 💜
