HELP! So I may have encouraged my 4 year old to hold the Creative Director role of his new bedroom design.

Normally we work great together (seriously), but his current obsession is purple (vibe) but… he wants everything purple 🙈 I’ve shown him some of my inspo pics, and he hasn’t been impressed. I’m now faced with a dilemma, forge ahead with my design and pray he doesn’t hate it at the room reveal, or go completely purple.

I was loving the blue/red combo that seems to be everywhere at the moment, but I think I’ll have to go down another direction after some solid feedback from the boss that he’s not a fan.

let’s make letter pillows!! (as one of my followers so beautifully called them �)

now before you say it, yes Rosie’s “O” is too big � but it’s ok because it’s homemade and doesn’t have to be perfect (but yes I’ll be making a new one �)

so here’s how to make your own:
1) grab some cute fabric but not from @joann_stores because they left us in the dirt by shutting their doors

2) you can print out bubble letters from your computer so they are all the correct size (what I would have done if my printer hadn’t given up on life like my washing machine)

3) trace and cut your letters with the fabric inside out

4) sew the letters, leaving a whole to flip them and stuff them (if your letter has a circle in it, like “O, P, A, R” etc, you have to cut part of it to be able to flip it inside out. And then just sew it after stuffing!

5) sew the hole closed after stuffing

6) stitch or use hot glue to attach to a piece of scrap fabric

that’s it! super easy and cute and you can get your kids involved!
