The Tuesday Dancers’ first session with @evewalkerdance! We’re so excited to welcome Eve this term to choreograph a brand-new piece with our Tuesday Dancers. We can’t wait to see what they create together! 📅 Save the dates! Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th December 2026 ⏰ 7:30pm – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – I am a dance artist, maker and facilitator living and working in the North East of England. I work within performance, dance facilitation, community dance practice, and arts admin with a focus on dance making and choreographic research.  My practice and values are solidly centred around kindness and care, in the aim of creating optimum conditions in dance for performance, dance making and dance education. Working with care in mind feels ongoing and is something I strive towards in my everyday practice. I aim to deliver with care and kindness to those I teach, collaborate with and work with, but mostly, I aim to work with myself as an artist kindly too. – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – #project10 #northeastdanceprojectuk #newcastledance #nedp #newcastleevent

@swan_nek - Memory Loss - Music Video Out Wednesday. What a pleasure to work with these guys. And on such a meaningful song ❤️ I couldn’t think of a better band to collaborate with especially for my first music video entirely edited and shot by myself. Very proud of this work and I’d like to say thanks to @swan_nek and especially @findlay_hewitson_ for giving me the opportunity. The guys have worked so hard over the years and I think this song is the culmination of all that effort and really speaks volumes to their talent. Another big thanks to @evewalkerdance Super talented and really brought the track to life. A real pleasure to work with! #musicvideo #music #art #photography #dancer

It’s World Parkinson’s Day! 💙 What better day to celebrate our fantastic Live Well and Dance with Parkinson’s Performance Collective, who took to the stage yet again a few weeks ago at @thesillnorthumberland These gorgeous shots are from their performance of Homecoming: Spirit of the Sycamore, a piece co-created by Eve Walker, Ellie Bates, and the dancers, exploring the life and legacy of Sycamore Gap. It’s such an honour to have been able to share this piece in and amongst the beautiful artwork created by Charlie Whinney from the remaining tree, surrounded by words from the community. Thank you to everyone who came along to support the performance, and to @jasbeanfilms for these photos 📸 Thanks also to @tnlcommunityfund for funding this work 💙 Find out more about our dance for Parkinson’s work via our website: www.pelicantheatre.co.uk/lwdp
