New display box for my Hironos. Hope this will help keep them dust free but then I still have to clean the dust from the box... Hmmmm....

#Throwback to an awesome time at last Friday’s Annual Well Being Council Retreat! 🌟 Reflecting on our commitment to #WellBeingMatters and learning from one another, different ways of looking after the well-being of our teammates. We also brainstormed priorities across #HealthAtWork, #KindnessAtWork, #TransformationsAtWork, and #FamilyAtWork.

Kudos to everyone who chipped in to make SGH a happier workspace! Your efforts truly make a difference.

Big thanks to our senior leaders for championing well-being and steering us toward a positive, supportive, inclusive culture.

Shoutout to the Office of Well Being and Well-Being Council Members for your ongoing support and fun & engaging well-being initiatives.

Together, we’re building a great place to work at SGH! 💪🏼 #SAMCares #SGHWellBeingAtWork #SGHWellBeing

🌟 #MotivationMonday - “It’s okay not to be okay.” 💪

I had an insightful conversation with Dr. Evelyn Boon during Mental Health Awareness Month, where she shared valuable insights on the enduring stigma surrounding mental health. Discover
how we can collectively champion mental well-being by simply checking in on our colleagues. Watch the video to hear her thoughts.

💬 Let’s come together and work towards normalizing the conversation around mental health!
