A little love for Art2Wear

This past year, I had the best time serving as Co-Head of Production for @ncsuart2wear, a collaborative fashion and art show that brings together student designers, artists, models, photographers, and a production team to bring original wearable work to the runway.

From months of planning and production meetings to bringing everything to the runway, I got to work alongside my Co-Head @eviedall and some of the most creative and talented people I’ve had the chance to work with. This experience taught me so much about creative leadership, collaboration, and bringing ambitious ideas to life.

So proud of this team and everything we accomplished!

Meet Evie — a recent @ncstate grad currently interning with @leecountynccoopext through the end of next month.

We finally got to meet at the @sanfordfarmersmarketnc, and I left that conversation SO excited.

I've recently been asked to sit down with a few agricultural interns to share the marketing, event planning, and behind-the-scenes work I do through Rooted in NC.

Stay tuned as I am SO excited to sit down with Evie soon to talk all things farm marketing, events, and supporting local agriculture—and of course, I'll be bringing y'all along for the conversation.

It’s crazy to look back and realize how this year flew by! We put together and took down an entire clothing exhibit, we started AND FINISHED cataloguing over 700 (!!) pieces of jewelry.
We moved the quarantine project along- as of right now we’re 90% done with sealing the garments! The next stage will be freezing them!
I gave lectures and tours and shared my joy of the collection. I worked with SO many wonderful interns and volunteers.
And we’ve come full circle because I started up the photography again 🥹

Thanks for following along! I’m excited for the holidays and can’t wait to see what 2026 holds for the clothing.
