Don’t just train what you see in the mirror. Train your rear delts too—balanced shoulders look better, perform better, and help improve posture.” 💪By simply changing your position, you can work your chest with the pec fly or target your rear delts with the reverse fly.

Pull-ups are a highly effective, compound bodyweight exercise that builds comprehensive upper-body strength!

They target major muscle groups—primarily the lats, biceps, shoulders, and core—while boosting grip strength and promoting better functional fitness and posture.

If you are a beginner don’t worry - start with negative pull-ups, use the resistance bands or hold onto the bar with your feet off the floor to build raw grip strength.

Let’s go!! 💪🏼

Today is a "Thank You" post.
Thank you for all of you who have been part of this journey. Wether by following it, wether by travelling with me or even hosting me through Couchsurfing.
:::
If I would be selecting all the pictures I have with those people, one post wouldn't be enough.
So just know this:
:::
1️⃣ If you have been following me from a long time or you just got to this account not long ago I appreciate your support. Massively!
::::
2️⃣ If you went on one, two, three or even more trips with me, thank you. Thank you for going with me and thank you for being patient. I know sometimes I can get a bit picky with photography and itineraries and wanting to piloting my drone 😅 Just know that I am aware that not always I am the easiest travel buddy to deal with. And I am thankful for your patience and for the time we spent together.
:::
3️⃣ If you ever hosted me or helped me through Couchsurfing, I appreciate the time and effort you put into the time I spent at your place, and that is something I will never forget.
:::
4️⃣ If I stayed at a hotel that you manage, I appreciate the hospitality I was given while staying at your place.
:::
:::
As I said, I would tag many more people so you know that this is for you too, even if you were not tagged.
:::
Thank you once again, and I look forward to more opportunities to be grateful and to all of you and more people! 🥰🥰
