Summer has gone and with it has brought the youth of the baby chicks down at our farm but not the memories created during this FAM.

What an unforgettable time painting our equine friends with creativity fit for a museum!

It is always special to see advisors experience Miraval for the first time and truly understand the value of time for play, for self-reflection and for being on a property that brings you back into alignment with yourself.

Thank you, ladies for joining me and I hope to see you again soon!

A lot of you know me as the neuropsych mom/friend/wedding designer who’s been buried in work for 25+ years — but I’ve been quietly building something new for the past couple of years, and I’m finally ready to talk about it.
I started Evocative Travel — a luxury travel advisory built on everything I know about the brain. Turns out the same principles I use to help people regulate and reset clinically apply just as well to how, where, and why we travel. So now I design trips the way I used to design treatment plans: based on what your nervous system actually needs, not what’s trending on Pinterest.
If you’ve ever wanted a second opinion on where to go next (or just want to see me nerd out about reflecting pools and jungle resorts), or want to join a group trip, I’d love for you to follow along @evocative.travel
And if you know anyone dreaming about their next trip — send them my way. 🖤

I haven’t posted for awhile - for several reasons. I’ve been focusing on supporting my kids from afar, work, and experiencing all of the places I have always wanted to see, and building future opportunities. Now more than ever, I feel the need to experience the world - all of the different landscapes, cultures, foods…to me it is the best reminder that we are all the same, we all inhabit the same planet, and we need to support each other more than ever. No matter what language you speak, what color your skin, what God you pray to or not, we all look at the same stars. We share this incredible planet. If you’re curious about my travels and what I’ve been up to, you can take a peek at @evocative.travel, where I’ve been posting.
