Not everyone coming on a ski holiday is there for the skiing! ⛷️

We often have families where grandparents want to come along, someone in the group doesn’t ski, or a few people just prefer spending their days off the slopes.

And actually, some of our favourite places in the Alps are the ones you can enjoy without ever putting on ski boots.

Over the years, we’ve learnt that choosing the right resort and knowing the little local spots can make such a difference to everyone’s holiday.

So we’ve put together a few of our favourite tips for the non-skiers in your group.

Save this for your next family ski holiday, especially if not everyone is planning to ski! 🤍

We completed our simulated lunar surface mission at the frozen lake of @tignesofficiel in the French Alps!
The primary goal of this simulation was to test and validate our habitat concept, and its ability to endure extreme environments.

During this week, we collaborated with @parsec_spaceflight on a lunar mission simulation that included soil sampling, solar harvesting, and equipment testing.
But that’s not all! Our team also dove into the depths of Tignes’ frozen lake in collaboration with the incredible @albanmichon (to test our underwater platform LAMA). The underwater platform consisted of a camera system and sensor suit, and all were meticulously monitored from the Habitat by our Spartan Space Team.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this adventure!
