Some added photos taken by my lovely hubby and main supporter @evolution40fitness 💕👍🏼
I also couldn’t have made it to @angelfashionshow stage without my coach @fit_qt , thank you for pushing me to my limits in a quick 8 week prep. It was not easy but with your guidance and support I made it through 🙏💖
During the fashion show and cruise I made some new amazing friends and was able to see friends I made from the prior year. Thank you ladies for all your encouragement and inspiration 💪🙌🙏
And last but not least, my family and close friends, thanks for understanding when I don’t partake in going out or having a drink or two. 🤗🎉

SEPTEMBER 1ST: Spinach-fueled slaughter yours for the viewing 🩸 again and again and again...

POPEYE THE SLAYERMAN is now FREE to watch on @tubi. If you haven’t seen what happens when Popeye trades spinach for scalps 🫢 you’ve got work to do. And if you have seen it, it's time to rewatch and remind yourself of the madness and fun you had with your favorite sailor-turned-slayer.

📺 Link in bio. Pop it on this week. Bonus points if you survive.

The theatrical showings of POPEYE THE SLAYER MAN were a huge success! Missed it? Head over to @primevideo to watch this bloody funny film at home.

In this interview, Popeye himself, Jason Stephens (@evolution40fitness), and film’s actress & associate producer, @angelarelucio, chat candidly with Jim and Cheeseman on @thescareguy (the scarier side of @theconguy)

How does POPEYE THE SLAYERMAN compare to movies with other childhood characters? Like our very own Popeye, Jason Stevens (@evolution40fitness), says, "It's forearm and chins above the rest." More about spinach sales, the taste of blood, and favorite on-screen kills with director @robert_michael_ryan, producer @jeffmillerfilm, and actress @sarahnicklin on @letstalkterror!
