We are incredibly proud to share that Crags Country Lodge and Restaurant has achieved a five-star accommodation rating from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.

Since opening our doors in March 2023, achieving and maintaining this standard has been an aspiration we have worked towards with great care, making this recognition especially meaningful.

What makes Crags Country Lodge truly special goes beyond the setting. It is the personal touches, genuine warmth, attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality that shape each guest’s experience. Our team is at the heart of this, and this achievement is a reflection of their dedication, hard work and pride in what they do every day. We are incredibly grateful for the people who bring Crags Country Lodge to life and make it what it is.

A heartfelt thank you to our guests for being part of our journey and for allowing us to share our our special place in the Garden Route with you.

Here’s to growing, striving for excellence and creating memorable experiences, one guest at a time.

Come and experience our five-star hospitality for yourself. Whether you’re planning a relaxing escape, a special occasion, a memorable Garden Route getaway, or looking to join us for a dining experience, we look forward to welcoming you to Crags Country Lodge.

A gift in bloom | We partnered with @houseandleisure to celebrate their spring Flower edition with something made for the season: @evolution_product Heritage Doeks hand-overdyed in colours drawn from Amanda’s garden.

A vibrant celebration of spring, colour, and the small everyday moments that spark joy, like wandering through your garden and noticing the unexpected beauty in bloom.

The entertainment space of this home functions as a complete indoor kitchen with a state of the art teppanyaki cooker as well as wood and gas braai beautifully concealed by a glide on screed front. The Japanese style of cooking makes the experience inclusive of all guests. Texture and light were important in this space with each element complimenting the other. 📷 @bureaux_editorial_agency #tarynflanaganinteriors #southafricandesigner #durbandecorator #turnkey #interiordesign

Warm tones, natural textures, and pieces made with intention.

For this home in Moka, a custom coffee table anchors the living space, complemented by vintage armchairs and a signature carpet and cushions, bringing warmth, character and a sense of permanence to the room.

A space that feels lived in, collected and timeless.

A quick turnaround project at the Dock Road apartments. Called for lots of off the shelf items from various suppliers and some quick thinking in terms of art and accessories. Luckily with such great options out there it made the job easy. Well done to the Studio 19 team on a beautiful project.

This was our first London project and we couldn’t be more excited about the result. Recently shot during an insane heat wave with our darling @elsa47 By completely gutting this Victorian era home and @jlarchitecture_ltd ‘s clever planning we were able to reconfigure the house into four well appointed bedrooms with en-suites. Thank you to our builder Hektor and his wonderful team for making this happen so seamlessly. We loved adding a comforting South African flavour to the project with all our favourite creators making appearances throughout the home. To our clients who gave us free rein for the third project in a row. xxx
