She Did That | Tynisha Little

Meet Tynisha Little — a Certified Nutrition Coach, Employee Wellness Coordinator, and the powerhouse behind Evolution Wellness, where she’s redefining what workplace wellness should really look like.

As a teen, she dreamed of becoming an OBGYN. But it wasn’t until a college nutrition course flipped a switch that her true path was revealed... community and employee health. From cadaver labs and YMCA internships to corporate wellness in Philly, she’s built a resume rooted in service, science, and soul.

Now the founder of Evolution Wellness (E for Employee), Tynisha curates massage events, mental health resources, and catered wellness experiences for the workplace because...let’s be honest... we deserve more than pizza parties.

With a heart for healing, a passion for prevention, and deep roots in her faith and culture, Tynisha is creating The Wellness Ripple Effect... helping employees thrive step by step, one habit at a time.

📌 Follow her journey, support her services, and be inspired by how she’s creating a healthier world... starting with where we work.

We just wrapped another powerful Men’s Health series, where we dove into real conversations around cancer, high blood pressure and cholesterol with the good brother Clinton of the HU Cancer Institute.

We then went on to discuss nutrition and the importance of knowing your numbers with our good Sis Tynisha @evolutionewellness .

The gool ol Dr. Sackey came and shared her experience in the ER and how our choices can either help prevent or lead us to the ER.

Lastly, the good brother Evan @evdope_fitness defined fitness and shared the role it plays in long-term wellness.

From start to finish, our diverse lineup of experts poured into us with knowledge, tools, and encouragement we can take with us for life.

A huge thank you to each speaker who gave their time and expertise. Please know that you made this month unforgettable.

Now we shift gears. July = Money Matters. We’re talking: Budgeting, Investing, Side hustles and Legacy building.

If you're ready to level up your financial health, lock in now. We kick off TOMORROW. Link’s in the bio. Hope to see you there!

Hey Evolutionarie ❤️ 💚🖤,

Welcome to the Coach's Corner 🔥.

One of the first things to think about while coaching is to determine what can affect the foods we choose to eat. Some of the factors include:

*Holidays (1)
*Economic Status (2)
*Food Access (3)
*Sensory Triggers (4)
*Our cultural beliefs (5)
*Biological Influences (6)

Sometimes we don't get a chance to stop and ask ourselves why we choose to consume the foods that we eat. Some times we have allergies (6), we are unable to afford certain foods (2), certain foods/drinks trigger sickness or an array of emotions (4), or we are constantly surrounded by events/celebrations where refreshments are offered (1).

These are some of the factors we consider when thinking of our eating habits or even wanting to change them. What affects your dietary choices? If you are interested in changing your food choices, comment #Coach below !

Can you think of any other influences that may affect our food choices?
