What if running harder isn’t always the best way to burn fat? 👀

Your body’s response to exercise is unique. VO₂/CO₂ testing can help show how your body uses energy at different exercise intensities—and help identify the intensity where fat contributes more to your energy use.

Instead of guessing your ideal pace, incline, or heart rate, train with data.

Eating healthy is important, but knowing how much energy your body actually uses matters too.

Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) shows how many calories your body burns at rest to support essential functions.

Having real data can help you make more informed decisions about your calorie intake and build a plan that’s better suited to your body.

Stop guessing. Start with your data.

You lost weight. Your clothes fit differently. But what actually changed?

The scale gives you one number. Your body composition tells you more.

Find the weak link before the mountain does

Group programs train the average skier or boarder. You're not average.

Ski Strong / Board Strong starts with a comprehensive biomechanical exam. We find what could cause problems later in the season, then build a personalized plan, strength and rehab, around your issues.

So you're enjoying the mountain all winter, not watching from the sidelines.

Skiers and snowboarders. Individual plans. Not group work.

Limited spots. Book through the link in bio.

We got to level 44💀💀💀 I am committed to creating more memories in and out of the gym this year. Call it stubbornness. Call it giftedness. I am still trying to hold it together and keep it up at the gym! We can do it!

Thank you to all my clients and my friends who have stuck it out with me through the years. Not to mention, some of you who have created some pleasant surprises in a world where those don't happen so much anymore. You are all AMAZING and it means the world to me to do what I do and contribute where I can.

Let's keep getting better together. Your behavior matters.

♥️Seb
