Welcome to Armbrust Pro Gym, @chriscamozzimma 💪

Chris is an accomplished, retired professional UFC fighter—bringing that same drive, discipline, and mindset that made him successful in the cage. Now that he’s retired from fighting, he’s starting an exciting new chapter: a body transformation to put some serious muscle on his frame.

We’re pumped to have you training with us, Chris.

Gatorade Player of the Year.

well, well. congratulations, @emmaline.humphreys ♥️

there is no one more deserving. i’m so proud to have had the opportunity to coach, know & love you for so many years. you are an extraordinary athlete, and an even better human. I am grateful to God for bringing you & your family into my life.

congratulations to EMMALINE, and to her parents Brett & Abby. what a daughter you have raised.

these accolades are well-deserved - but who you are as a person, and who you will develop into over these four years at @stanfordsoftball is so exciting and i’m truly grateful I get to witness.

Day 22-23
This weekend we made us 41-0 this spring! We won our 6th tournament in a row! I’m so excited for this team and cannot wait to go out of state. Next stop California!

Even though practice got canceled on Tuesday due to all the rain, I was able to get into my hitting facility and work on a tee progression. I have been working on keeping my hands inside the ball and having a good wrist snap to increase the number of hard hits.

Even though my tournament was canceled this past weekend, I was able to access the facility and get some reps in. The next tournament is in two weekends. I can't wait for the season to officially start.
