Every one of these students came to me for a different reason, but underneath it all, they were all feeling the same thing… that there was something more for them. Some were ready for a change, some were already working in other modalities and wanted more depth, and some didn’t fully know why they were here, they just knew something about this felt right. And that’s always where it starts. What I care about most isn’t just what they learn, it’s how they experience being taught. I want them engaged, thinking, understanding what they’re doing, and actually trusting themselves in it, not just trying to remember information. That’s why they don’t just get to the end of this and feel like they’ve “completed a course”. They get to the end and feel ready to start as a practitioner. And somewhere along the way, they become more than students to me. They become family, and I’m invested in every single one of them and the path they choose to take with this work. If you’ve been feeling that pull towards this, just know you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. You just need to be willing to lean in and see where it takes you. Enrolments are opening soon, so if this has been on your mind, it might be time to take a closer look. You can find more details through my profile.
