POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thankful for this lovely season.

I wanted to have a voice - shape narratives I care about in health, motherhood, careers and technology. It was a simple goal.

Until it became something bigger than myself. My guests - mostly dear friends and strangers who became friends - they have imparted their wisdom, shared their most vulnerable stories, shaped me and my listeners for the better.

This journey has been more than just asking the questions and listening and engaging for a podcast recording. A community of real people with real stories - relatable and yet, ready and courageous to face the imperfect world we live in. Many with tears, some with humour. Many with conviction, some with light.

Thank you all my guests, Alisa Chopard, Qiao Qing Yong, Roger Pua, Min Liu, Liza Lin, Lenny Kessler, Sandra Leong, Yvette Tee, Christa Sharpe, Jacyln Chan for making this happened and for letting me tell your stories as part of our Season One stories. Final two episodes to be launched in the new year.

And my wonderful listeners - you have been my best critics, most encouraging fanfriends. Every word you shared has helped me at every step of the way. Please feel free to leave words for your favourite guest to celebrate their stories here.

To a better 2026 - with the pauses you deserve, the inspiration you need.

Big love to @spotify for sharing these fun facts! Of course my first badly produced and hosted podcast did the best - cos I sent it to 500 people. 🤩 but yet, so brilliant with my own daughter.

From zero to CEO — her story gave me goosebumps!

✨ 3 days of growing, power learning, and leveling up with Accel Scaling by Shannon Goh! 💪🏾

Grateful for the chance to meet inspiring new friends and hear Guest Speaker, Zhang Jiaming, CEO of Landycoo, share her powerful journey — from ground zero to a respected leader today. 🌟

Stories like hers remind me why we keep learning, evolving, and striving for our own breakthroughs. 😎✨

Congratulations to Mark Wakeford (wonderful beloved husband of my soul sister and yoga bestie, Yvette, and CEO of Indoagri and Director of ICBP) on your recent birthday celebrated at 67 Pall Mall, Singapore.

I felt privileged to be among the 27 people invited despite having only known Yvette for a year through our Nepali adventures.

I now know even more how loved you are and the lives you have touched and enriched.

May you enjoy many many more wonderful years with Yvette and your loved ones.

You both are very dear to me🙏🏼

Started playing the piano when I was 5. With my mum’s pushing I went all the way to Grade 8 and even decided to complete one up after by taking the Performance Diploma.

I was always focused on my exam pieces and it felt like a chore to practice. I’ve not sat down at a piano to have a proper tinkle on the keys for too long now. I’ve thought about it but not got down to it. Was only until a close yogi friend who started teaching my dad yoga at my parents home commented about my beautiful grand there and egged me to get back on.

Last night I felt it was time to rekindle my relationship with my grand which had been sadly neglected. I have kept it tuned and humidity controlled over the years so it doesn’t sound too bad!

I feel grateful my mum has been living vicariously off me and never gave up breathing down my neck to continue! I now find new meaning and appreciate playing the piano thanks to her. This video was actually captured by her without me knowing until I left their place! She and my dad were initially very surprised to hear me back on the ivories then watched me play from upstairs. Left the recording to the end so you can see his leg lol. I did sense them above somehow and that familiar quiet breathing 😆

It brings them so much joy and I feel so touched by how enamoured they still are when I’m on it. Am truly blessed. Didn’t realise I ended up spending over an hour playing pieces I enjoy. Am more inspired to continue practicing regularly (obviously need to by the sight of my stiff fingers and sounds of my playing 😬) and giving love to my blacks and whites again 😌🎹🎵

To all who play a musical instrument, cherish and use that gift to share with loved ones (you’ll realise how much it means to them), and those who’ve always wanted to learn, it’s never too late ❤️🎼🎶

We can’t control a lot of our surroundings or what goes on around us, so sometimes we need to look within to live without these external stressors. Yoga helps to reveal the beauty of mindfulness and takes you into the essence of an endless present moment, where you can live your best life!
