My heart is so incredibly grateful and full for this powerful women’s circle held at One Soma Sanctuary. The conversation was about Betrayal Trauma, a theory formed by Dr. Jennifer Freyd. We also discussed the various types of Betrayal Trauma that were researched by Dr. Freyd including Institutional betrayal and betrayal blindness. After the talk and conversation our honored guests, the courageous women, experienced a very healing Somatic guided session and sound healing aquatic restoration. I want to applaud this group of women for their courage to show up for themselves and for the other women in our collective healing group. Together we can heal and together we are powerful 💜💜💜!

I want to give an extra special applause and thank you to the One Soma Team whom I absolutely could not lead this work without their dedication and commitment to the mission and purpose of Somatic Trauma Healing. I love you all, thank you, thank you, thank you! You are a blessing for me.

In this women’s circle I integrated water into the sound music healing experience. Water, is a great conductor of Sound! The aquatic experience is a return to the womb, A rebirth. As we are bathed in amniotic fluid in the womb , we are growing and changing. We are becoming whole. As we heal we go through the same metamorphosis and transformation.

Thank you Alma @evolving_alma for this very honest and bold testimonial of the collaborative Somatic work we do together. I love these words!! Alma embodies the essence of what I try and guide my clients to align to within themselves - their self healing potential through taking action and doing the work consistently, healing allows us to manifest our inherent right for sustainable prosperity, healing creates the capacity, and the awareness that being of service to others not only facilitates resilience within but also creates healing within family and community.

Alma is also part of my team and I feel so blessed that I can have such beautiful souls inspiring me as I show them this transformative work. This interview was shot by Christina @chromaven @xtinadias after one of my Somatic one-day retreats/ healing circles at Away Malibu @awaymalibu where Alma contributed her incredible Free Flow healing movements to the work.

Part of the work I do as a Somatic healer who integrates spiritual practices is also coaching. I work with my clients to be able to achieve their dreams even if that means I provide a container for them to contribute to the collective healing work. This is the way to live in a community where we lift each other up and support the life purpose of each individual person. 🌺

Healing creates a transformation. Healing allows you to align with your authenticity and life vitality.
