This is how we gym: with cheering, laughter, and curiosity. It wasn’t necessarily about the PR. It was just seeing what we could do.

Our little group is coming up on its first year anniversary, and my how we’ve grown. 💪🏽

Late night (because my kid is a rock star) followed by an early morning. Dedication always beats motivation - but also, I love my lifting buddies and this is my faborite day of the week.

This morning was a STRUGGLE after skating into the wee hours… but I dragged myself in and felt better for it.

Note to self: you are not in your twenties anymore. 🤪

Always thankful for this crew. Laughing is my favorite way to work my abs.

Always nice to look outside and see a bunch of your favorite fam enjoying the farm, add a much deserved sunny day, and the smiles came easy. This photo in front of the Gap was a nice reminder that the seasons change without debate, magnolias bloom without permission, and the concerns of today are only human. #nicedayforaniceday

This week lasted roughly 8 years… grateful for my support system, movement, new pods/books, and lots of tasty treats that fit into my nutrition plan. Here’s lookin’ at the weekend.

Push day had me feelin’ some type of way.

Or maybe it’s the flare. Maybe it’s perimenopause. Or maybe it’s just the general collapse of society. Whatever the reason, today’s session was a hard fight with the best company.

104 athletes. 13 feats of grip. 1 unforgettable competition.

This weekend at East Stroudsburg University, Warrior Football took on a next-level challenge: a full-scale grip strength gauntlet. From rolling thunder lifts to pinch blocks these athletes pushed their limits across 13 different implements—each testing raw hand strength, endurance, and strategy.

The energy was electric. Teams rotated station to station, strategizing their lifts, cheering each other on, and going head-to-head for house pride.

Shoutout to every athlete who showed up and gave it everything.
And massive respect to our judges, spotters, organizers, and for making it all unforgettable.

We’ll be posting highlights and final results soon. Stay tuned.
