Days That Count don’t stop just because the season changes.

Taking you to Devil’s Chimney, Ireland’s tallest waterfall, on the border of Leitrim and Sligo.

Devil’s Chimney, Dartry Mountains
📏 A short 2.5km hike, well marked and easy to follow
🌲 Beautiful views along the way through forest, gravel paths and steps
💧 150m high, but worth knowing it doesn’t flow after dry spells, best visited after rain
🚗 Space for under 10 cars at the base, no additional parking nearby

Bonus tip: Glencar Waterfall is just 4km away if you fancy making a day of it.

2 semanas en España = iced coffee and zumo de naranja on tap, plenty of tapas, way too much sweating and tonnes of family time ☀️☕️🥵

Another one for the Days That Count list.

Taking you to Errisbeg, Connemara, Co. Galway.

Errisbeg, Co. Galway
📍 Park in Roundstone
📏 Just over 6km, not too difficult, but bear in mind the route isn’t marked
🥾 Wear hiking boots, it gets boggy and wet
🌊 360 degree views from the top

Worth every muddy step.

this is what it’s all about 🤍

a lovely week doing tonnes of good things with all the best people: park run, bike rides, card games, crosswords, a homemade Thai meal (missing our other home 🥹)

A whole lotta love 🫰💗

This is what a Day That Counts looks like on the west coast of Ireland.

This week we find ourselves in Co. Galway. And what a place it is.

Cleggan Cliffs, Co. Galway
📍 1hour 30mins outside Galway city
🅿️ Large car park at the entrance
🥾 Just over 1km hike, boggy in parts so wear proper shoes
🌊Pebble beach, hidden cove and turquiose waters

The views do the talking on this one.

Save this for your next day out.

I talk a alot about how it is easy to make friends as a digital nomad, but how do you actually go about meeting people?

In this episode I sit down with one of my best nomad friends Evelina, @evs_adventures, who I met in Chiang Mai, to talk about how to make friends as a digital nomad, why it is so much easier than you think to meet people but harder to create real connections.

I thought I would need to have a boyfriend to do digital nomad life with.

Sure I thought I would meet friends along the way, but I didn't think I would make friends that I would change my plans for let alone make plans with. But that is exactly what happened.

In this episode I sit down with one of my best nomad friends Evelina, @evs_adventures, who I met in Chiang Mai, to talk about how to make friends as a digital nomad, why it is so much easier than you think to meet people but harder to create real connections.

Making new friends and meeting pepople as a digital nomad is easy, as long as you put yourself out there.

Let’s go on a roadtrip to Connemara in the Škoda Elroq RS🚘

Here are 4 incredible places to visit 👇

📍 Pine Island viewpoint
📍 Sky Road loop for the best views of cliffs, beaches and the Atlantic
📍 Drive across a sandy beach to Omey Island (a remote, tidal island, so make sure to check the tide times)
📍 Cleggan Cliffs (remote, beautiful cliffs that most people have never heard of - my favourite stop fo the roadtrip)

Head back towards Galway, or continue to Diamond Hill for a hike, explore Kylemore Abbey or do a scenic drive through Doo Lough Valley.

The Elroq has over 500km of range, so it was perfect for the roadtrip, and even if I needed to charge, the built-in navigation makes it really easy to find the nearest charging point.

Frienships in the digital nomad world is different.

Living in the Digital Nomad hubs life is a lot more socaial and spontaneous than back home. But you see eachother intensely for a shorter period of time before you say good bye.
