Sometimes we have to embrace the occasional NO before we get to the YES. ✨

Try the new thing.
Take the sound bath.
Say yes to the adventure.
It’s okay if things aren’t perfect.

Because part of the process is jumping in, figuring it out as you go, and realizing that sometimes the unexpected bits make the best memories.

🌧️ Setting up for a sound bath in the middle of a full-on storm that somehow made the whole experience even cozier.

A reminder that the magic doesn’t require perfection. Sometimes it just requires showing up. 💛

P.S @masseriamozzone is just as gorgeous during a ⛈️ as it is during ☀️. There was never a no there 🤭

Good morning, you fierce little buttered biscuit! 🌼💪🏾✨

A gentle reminder that you can be soft AND strong. Grounded AND a free spirit. A work in progress AND a total badass.

Now go sprinkle some joy, move that body, and take a moment to breathe and reset! 🤭💛

Day 6 🚴🏽‍♀️🇮🇹

Bike riding through trulli heaven in the Puglia countryside. And yes, it was every bit as magical as it sounds. ✨

What is a trullo (plural: trulli)? Glad you asked! 🤭

These adorable little whitewashed stone houses with cone-shaped roofs are a signature of Puglia, especially the Valle d’Itria region. Built using an ancient dry-stone technique (no mortar!), many date back hundreds of years. And they’re still used today as homes, shops, and places to stay.

Think fairy-tale cottages meet Italian countryside. 🏡🌿

Rolling hills, olive groves, ancient stone walls, and trulli around every corner. Not a bad way to spend Day 6 of this Italian adventure.

La dolce vita, on two wheels. 🚴🏽‍♀️ Oh and we finished at Dead woman road…because as @ewalison says…what doesn’t kill you makes you 💪🏾 Shout out to Vito, Eva and our baddie femmina morta bikers (and spouses 🤭).

Italy didn’t teach me how to slow down. It reminded me that I was allowed to.

Somewhere along the way, I got so used to doing, managing, and moving on to the next thing that I forgot how much of life happens in the in-between.

That’s the heart of Anima for me — creating room to come back to what makes you feel most alive.

For the woman who feels like she needs permission to be fully herself, to choose joy, to slow down, to take up space, and to want a life that feels good from the inside out — this kind of travel is for you.

Ritorna a te.
2027 waitlist is open. 🤍

There are some places you visit. And then there are places that change you.

They slow your mind down enough to notice more. To listen more closely. To remember how good it feels to make something with your hands, to gather around a table, to let the day unfold without rushing through it.

For a little while, you aren’t just passing through. You’re part of the rhythm of the place.

And maybe that’s the most beautiful part of true cultural immersion , you leave carrying something you can’t quite pack in a suitcase.

A different pace.
A deeper appreciation.
A reminder that life can be simpler, fuller, and more connected.

And somehow, when you return home, a little bit of that place returns with you. 🤍
