Our swimnast had herself quite a weekend! She came out of long course state meet with three new state titles!! 200 back🥇100 back🥇50 Fly🥇and a 🥈 in the 50 back and 🥉 in the 50 free. She also got third in High Points for her age group. @goldmedalswimclub is the absolute best and most supportive club we could ever ask for. This kid works her butt off for hours at the gym, and then turns around and squeezes in pool hours too, she’s something special 🤍 We see you EmmeGirl!

I so wish I could’ve been there in person in Georgia to watch this kiddo, but glad my Mama could be there to cheer him on! He’s been putting in the work and it’s showing. He pitched 10 innings - 12 strikeouts - 3 earned runs - 1 walk. Grateful to Overfly for giving him a great experience! Proud of you Bud - never give up 🤍

16 - like really? Today I watched you get your driver’s license, and I don’t think anything could have prepared me for that moment. Watching you gain your independence and drive yourself to and from was equal parts amazing and heartbreaking.

I’m so proud of the man you’re becoming, but I’ll always miss your goofy little baby laugh and the way you said ‘guck’ instead of truck. But growing up looks so good on you, even if it’s happening way too fast for my mama heart.

To say I’m proud is an understatement. Happy 16th birthday, bud. Keep being exactly who you are, we couldn’t love you more. ❤️🚗🎉

Happy Cinco de Birthday to the one who’s always there for us, even if he’s late, the one who keeps us laughing, and the one who cries at commercials. You’re the one we can’t imagine life without, and it seems like you’ve created an army of mini-me’s, especially in this pic! Love you Babe! Hope you had a great birthday 💕🌮🎂

There aren’t words for how proud I am of this girl. Emme took a leap and skipped a gymnastics meet to help her team at the State Swim Meet, and what a weekend it turned into.

So many races, a bit tired, but a whole lot of heart. She made finals in every race, finished top 8 in the state in four, and brought home two 🥈 relays and a 🥉 in the 50 Fly — her favorite.

Her grit, determination, and team-first heart always leave me in awe. 💙 So lucky to have amazing coaches on both the gymnastics side and swim side that understand her love and commitment to both sports. Also having some gym friends (who traveled all of the way to Tucson) and her brothers showing up and surprising her gave her the extra energy she needed.

100 Fly – 10th
100 Back – 12th
100 IM – 6th
50 Back – 5th
50 Free – 7th
50 Fly – 🥉
400 Free Relay – 🥈
200 Free Relay – 🥈

We spent our 19th anniversary watching our first born play high school baseball! There’s no place we’d rather be. Love you Em! Here’s to 50 more years! So glad I made fun of you in study hall 25 years ago.

Oh how we love celebrating our Christmas baby. We celebrated in the way he loves most, with food, food, and more of his favorite foods! Kacer Baby, you are the absolute sweetest, smartest, most loving, empathetic, soccer loving kid, and so much more. I’m so lucky to be your mama. Happy 14th My Guy! 🎂

How did we even get here 🤔 My guy had his first homecoming dance. All the feels as a Mama, wanting him to still be my little boy, but also loving watching him grow into an awesome young man. Love that he went with his baseball buds, and that they were up for some pics ⚾️
