¿Para qué entrenas? 🏋️‍♂️🔥

¿Para verte mejor?
¿Para sentirte más fuerte?
¿Para tener energía para tus hijos?
¿Para competir contigo mismo?
¿O simplemente para demostrarte que sí puedes?

Entrenar no siempre cambia tu cuerpo primero…
primero cambia tu mente. 🧠⚡️

Still feeling grateful after being part of a beautiful wellness retreat in the stunning Puerto Morelos🤍
So thankful to the wonderful @ewunikeakpan , who created such a magical space to reconnect, nourish ourselves, and share.

I loved being there, sharing healthy, fun recipes and discovering the magic of dōTERRA in the kitchen ✨
For the box lunch, I prepared my super easy overnight chia snack a mini cup, simple but powerful, made with just 6 ingredients:

• chia seeds
• milk
• fresh fruit
• granola
• vanilla
• honey

Chia seeds are truly a little powerhouse 🌱
They’re rich in fiber, plant-based protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants, helping with digestion, sustained energy, and keeping you full and satisfied longer. Perfect for busy days and wellness moments like these.

Simple ingredients, real food, made with intention 💫
Thank you for having me this is why #welovewhatwedo Thank you Ewnike and thanks to all the beautiful ladies there ✨🙌🏽💓
